Pestless is a referral service, not a pest control company
Pestless is a free referral and marketing service operated by Pestless Inc.. Pestless does not perform pest inspections, treatments, or any pest control work. We are not a licensed pest control operator, and nothing on this website should be interpreted as pest control services being provided by Pestless.
How the referral works
When you submit a quote request, call a number listed on this site, or otherwise contact us, the information you provide is shared with one or more independent, third-party pest control providers in our network. Those providers — not Pestless — contact you, assess your situation, and perform any work you choose to authorize.
The providers we work with are local businesses that hold the pest control license required by the State of Florida and carry insurance. The information you submit is shared with these local, licensed, and insured vendors, who will reach out and contact you using the contact details you provide — by phone, text message, or email.
Information you share with us
To match you with a provider, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and a description of your pest problem. By submitting a request you consent to that information being shared with a pest control provider and to being contacted by that provider about your request. How Pestless is compensated
Pestless is free for homeowners — you are never charged a fee for using this service or for receiving a quote. Pestless may receive compensation from pest control providers for referrals or advertising. This compensation never adds a cost to you, and it does not obligate you to hire any provider.
No guarantee of provider work
Because the providers in our network are independent third parties, Pestless does not perform, supervise, warrant, or guarantee the work of any provider. Any contract, quote, warranty, pricing, or service is strictly between you and the provider you choose. We strongly encourage you to:
- Verify the provider’s current Florida pest control license before authorizing service.
- Ask for proof of insurance and a written quote.
- Compare quotes and read all terms before signing anything.
Pest control services in Florida are regulated by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) under Chapter 482 of the Florida Statutes. You can confirm any provider’s license status directly with FDACS.
